I don't know if I'm relating to my cat way too much but...I got home and was just getting inside and Able was there and i gave him some heavy petting. Well Cain was watching and waiting, and when I went to go downstairs to update my LJ, he rubbed between my legs, almost tripping me. GGGRRRR...BALLS!!!
So this really sucks. My car must've caught my strep throat because she's acting sick. The steering wheel starts shaking whenever I try to do something stupid, like drive it. There's also a burny rubbery smell coming from it. It started last night on my way home from work. With the shaking I thought I might've had a flat tire. I checked and no such luck. I thought maybe it needed oil, but no. There are four things I know how to do with cars: drive them, put in gas, put in oil, and change a tire. I just assume the rest works on devil magic or something. I'm getting it looked at tomorrow, so here's hoping it's something fixable and cheap. I'm feeling kinda icky right now. I've been fighting off a cold for the past couple of days, but it finally caught up with me. There's a Twilight Zone marathon til the 4th on the SciFi station, so it's been keeping me entertained. Some of those old shows are pretty creepy. Anyway here's another poem. I'm not sure of the title though. "Jeopardy" is the original title, but I'm thinking of changing it to "A Last Resort". Any opinions? so i did look on this old xanga blog that i had used at one point in my life. I had actually put up some of my work up on that. They are pretty much the copies that i had in my book. Not all of them are saved, but some. More than I thought. Thank you everybody for all the concern and support that you're all showing me. So my car got broken into. The person(s) involved took nothing of any real importance other than my bag. Which had all my notebooks and finalized copies of my poems. 10 years...TEN FUCKING YEARS OF MY LIFE IS NOW GONE!!! MISSING!!! STOLEN IN THE DIRTY FUCKING HANDS OF SOMEBODY UNDESERVING!!! I WANT THERE THEIR EYES! WITH EVERY WORD THEY READ, I WANT THEM TO GROW MORE AND MORE BLIND UNTIL MY POEMS ARE THE LAST THING THEY SEE! They also took a cd folder but that can be replaced with time and money. My poems on the other hand are irreplaceable. I did find an old notebook that had some rough copies of poems in it, which I'm pretty confident I can work into another finished piece. Some though are just gone. I wrote them down so I wouldn't have to memorize them. Reading at the shadow lounge did help to familiarize myself with some and I wrote down what I could remember. But others are just gone. I really hate humanity right now. It would've been better if they took the whole fucking car, at least then I would've gotten some money outta it. Instead they pried open a door and just grabbed shit. I want their eyes. Seriously, I want their God Damn thieving eyes!
